During my research on understanding how the brain works, I spend much time understanding naturopath medicine, alternative medicine and the whole concept of energy and vibration. The more I look into it the more fascinated I became. The miracle came when I applied some of the principles into my training, and boom! the training became much more energetic, vibrant and creative.
So how do we raise the energy of the individuals, which ultimately make up a team – whether it is during work or during training. Here are some tips:
a. Music is a must. There should be variation – from upbeat to quiet to light, from classical to pop to new age. Scatter these music for short period during your training.
b. Have A LOT of interaction through small group discussions, activities, one-on-one paired discussions. In some of my training, I have on average one activity per hour. Such interaction helps the team members to get to know each other and also there is always a higher energy charge when everyone gets to contribute.
c. Feed them with a fruit around 4 p.m. The glucose from the fruit will keep their brains sharp and well fed.

那麼在工作方面或培訓方面時,我們怎樣提升個人在團隊中的能量呢? 以下是一些小秘方:
1. 音樂是必須的。要用不同類別 --- 由快拍至慢拍,由古典至流行曲至新世紀音樂。在你的課程中不時加插一些音樂。
2. 要多些互動 – 小組討論、活動、一對一討論。在我的培訓課程中,平均每小時就有一個活動。這類的活動可以讓團隊成員彼此認識,當每一個人付出時,能量便會提升。
3. 在下午4時左右,吃些水果。水果中的果糖可以令腦部有更好的表現。
